Returning from Italy yesterday, I had the good fortune of being able to listen (with my eyes closed) to an all-Bach radio channel during my 8-hr. flight home. The channel included a good mix of works by Bach featuring a variety of artists and ensembles.
I chuckled several times when, in my peripheral vision I noticed my seatmates opting for other forms of in-flight entertainment: watching movies or playing solitaire, on-line poker and, even, Texas Hold’em!
I couldn’t help but wonder if anyone else on my very full flight was also enjoying listening to Bach with their eyes closed!
